Bhopal: The lawyers of the subordinate courts of the state have got relief from black coats for the summer season. This relief has been given for the period from 15 April to 15 July. During this period, advocates will be able to advocate in the courts wearing white shirt, black-white striped or gray paint and advocate banu.
The above information was given by RK Singh Saini, Vice Chairman of MP State Bar Council. He said that the State Bar has taken this decision in the light of the provisions of the Bar Council of India. Under this, except the lawyers of the Supreme Court and the High Court, the lawyers of other courts including the District Court will be exempted from the requirement of black coat during the summer period. In fact, in the past many requests were received from advocates in this regard. Decisions were taken seriously. As soon as this information was received, there was joy among the lawyers.
