IRCTC’s “Dakshin Darshan Yatra” to depart on June 9

Bhopal: Bhopal Division continues to expand its offerings for railway passengers, with a new opportunity to explore South India’s spiritual and cultural gems. The Bharat Gaurav Tourist Train, operated by IRCTC, will depart from Indore on June 9, 2025, for a 10-day “Dakshin Darshan Yatra.” The train will halt at Rani Kamlapati and Itarsi, giving travelers from the Bhopal region convenient access to board.

This special journey will cover iconic destinations like Tirupati, Rameswaram, Madurai, Kanyakumari, and Trivandrum. The route includes stops at Indore, Ujjain, Shujalpur, Sehore, Rani Kamlapati, Itarsi, Betul, and Nagpur.

Senior Divisional Commercial Manager, Saurabh Kataria, stated that passengers will enjoy a holistic travel experience with LHB coaches, vegetarian meals (onboard & offboard), AC buses for local sightseeing, hotel stays, tour escorts, travel insurance, housekeeping, and onboard security.
