BJP leader murder case: Forensic team of Maharashtra will collect evidence

Police personnel from Nagpur’s Mankapur police station, engaged in the investigation of the murder of Nagpur’s BJP Minority Morcha General Secretary Sana Khan alias Hina, are now conducting further investigation in a confidential manner.
If sources are to be believed, a team of Mankapur police station has reached the city and is secretly engaged in the investigation, while the other team is also going to reach the city soon with the accused. A forensic team from Maharashtra is also coming to the city to collect evidence. The house where Sana Khan was murdered was sealed. After the arrival of forensic experts from Maharashtra, it will be opened and evidence will be collected.
The murderer is in remand till August 18. Amit alias Pappu Sahu (40), director of Ashirwad Dhaba living in Bilhari area, and his partner Rajesh Singh, resident of Shahpura village Fular, are on remand by Mankapur police till August 18. Sources reveal that new secrets are being revealed in the interrogation of the accused taken in remand.
Searching will be done along with recreating crime scene
After the murder, the body of the BJP leader was thrown into the Hiran river. Even after searching for the last four days, the hands of the SDRF team remained empty. Searched for Sana Khan in six kilometers from Hiran river to the confluence of Narmada, but could not find her clue. Now even the searching has been stopped. At the same time, preparations are on to bring the accused husband and his friend to the city once again. After the police team brought Amit and Rajesh to the city during remand, along with recreating the crime scene, the dead body would be searched with the help of SDRF in the river. This is the case
Sana Khan, General Secretary of Nagpur BJP Minority Cell, married Dhaba Director Amit Sahu, a resident of Bilhari Rajul Town, on 24 April 2023 in Jabalpur Court. Both were business partners. Sana had come to Jabalpur from Nagpur on August 2. Where Amit Sahu killed Sana by hitting her on the head with a stick in his rented house in Rajul Town and then the same night threw the dead body into the river from the Hiranadi bridge in Meregaon, Belkheda. During this, Rajesh Singh along with Amit Sahu helped in disposing of the dead body. In this case, the Mankapur police of Nagpur, Maharashtra had first registered a case of missing and then abducted. After this, sections of murder and destruction of evidence were increased and Amit Sahu and his friend Rajesh Singh were arrested.
