IIFM Students visit IGRMS

Bhopal, Indira Gandhi Rashtriya Manav Sangrahalaya is working for valuable cultural traditions. On Saturday, 30 students of IIFM under course on MoEF&CC Sponsored training programme on Lifestyle for Environment for Mindful and Inclusive Living visited IGRMS, they were led by Prof Parul Rishi during the museum tour, at the start of the programme, and Prof Amithabh Pandey Director IGRMS introduces the exhibitions of this museum in brief. After that went various open air and indoor exhibition of Museum, where they were guided by the senior officer of the museum.

On this occasion, the Director, IGRMS Prof Amithabh Pandey addressing these students, said that – All of you will get many valuable information through the exhibitions. Spread over an area of 200 acres, the physical space of this museum has been converted into a cultural space by the directors, curators, technical officers, and all the people of the museum working here 45 years ago. Today in the 21st century the museum has become a centre of information. Museum visit get more knowledge about culture. The museum is not limited to the exhibits shown only, but it is the centre of cultural significance and associated with that community. The museum is always working in this direction.
