Foreign guests of over 30 countries visit Varsha for Ganesh darshan

Mumbai, Sep 28 (UNI) In an overwhelming devotional atmosphere such as chanting of Ganapati Bappa Morya, festively decorated forms of Shri Ganesha and chanting of aarti, guests from various countries visited the spirit of Shri Ganesha installed at Varsha, the official residence of Chief Minister Eknath Shinde.

Foreign guests from more than 30 countries visited the Chief Minister’s bungalow on Wednesday.

Among them were heads of consulates, senior officials and other dignitaries of Afghanistan, Australia, Bahrain, Belarus, Finland, Hungary, Israel, Japan, Korea, Mauritius, Poland, Singapore, Spain, Turkey, Bangladesh, Great Britain, China, Iran, Ireland, Italy, Russia, South Africa, Sri Lanka, Thailand, Heads of Consulates of United Arab Emirates, Vietnam, Uganda, Colombia, Kenya, Ukraine, a press release said.

After Shri Ganesha ‘darshan’, Chief Minister Shinde welcomed them and had a hearty conversation with them.
