New Delhi, Oct 23 (UNI) DJ Axwell is set to headline the upcoming ‘Sunburn Festival 2025’, joining an already star-studded lineup that includes David Guetta and Sara Landry.
Known for global hits like ‘Heaven Takes You Home, Sun Is Shining, and In My Mind’, Axwell will perform on December 21 as part of the three-day electronic music extravaganza.
This year’s ‘Sunburn Festival’ will take place in Mumbai from December 19 to 21, marking a major shift for the iconic event traditionally hosted in Goa.
In an official statement, CEO of Sunburn Karan Singh, said, “This year’s Sunburn Festival brings together a line-up that truly reflects where electronic music stands today and where it’s headed. With global heavyweights like David Guetta, Sara Landry, and Axwell taking the stage, we’re celebrating artists who have shaped the genre worldwide and earned a special place in the hearts of Indian fans.”
He added, “We’ll be unveiling the full lineup very soon, with plenty of exciting surprises waiting to be discovered.”
The official Instagram page of Sunburn festival also shared a poster writing, “You’ve felt the hype. Now feel the moment! First launched in 2007, Sunburn quickly became Asia’s premier electronic dance music (EDM) festival. Originally held in Vagator, Goa, it later moved to Pune between 2016 and 2018 before returning to Goa — and now, for the first time, Mumbai will host the high-energy celebration of global music, lights, and culture.
