Bhopal: “Agitation” rushes in with such speed that it destroys the essence of life and drives away our conscience. These profound words were shared by Munishri Praman Sagar Maharaj during the morning religious assembly.
Muni Shri emphasized that the root cause of anxiety lies in our thoughts. If our thinking is negative, agitation takes hold. However, by focusing on the purity of our thoughts, we can begin to calm the unrest within. He advised that when faced with a troubling event, instead of reacting immediately, we should pause and give ourselves time. This simple act can transform negative anxiety into positive energy.
He further explained that our own mind is the source of all disturbances. Practicing Bhavnayoga—a spiritual discipline of emotional purification—helps in gaining control over the mind. In its first stage, one should pray to God for clear vision, restraint in reactions, and inner peace.
Spokesperson Avinash Jain Vidyavani said that Muni Shri conducted a five-minute Bhavnayoga session, followed by a devotional worship ceremony. A special Bhavnayoga session is scheduled for Sunday, July 27, including a discourse on the new book “Feel to Heal.”
