New Delhi, Sept 22 (UNI) As the nation celebrates the auspicious festival of Sharadiya Navratri, Congress president Mallikarjun Kharge, Leader of Opposition in Lok Sabha Rahul Gandhi and party general secretary Priyanka Gandhi Vadra today extended their heartfelt greetings and best wishes to the people.
Mallikarjun Kharge on X, wished everyone on the occasion of Sharadiya Navratri, describing it as a grand festival dedicated to the worship of Godd ess Durga, the embodiment of power.
He expressed his hope that the blessings of Maa Adishakti remain with all and that the festival brings happiness, prosperity, and peace into their lives.
“Heartfelt greetings to all of you on the auspicious occasion of Sharadiya Navratri, the grand festival dedicated to the worship of Goddess Durga, the embodiment of power. May the blessings of Maa Adishakti remains upon everyone. I pray that this sacred festival brings happiness, prosperity and peace into your life,” Kharge said.
Rahul Gandhi also conveyed his warm greetings, praying that Goddess Durga’s blessings continuously bring joy, peace and prosperity to everyone.
In a post on X, Rahul Gandhi said, “Heartfelt greetings to all of you on the sacred festival of Navratri. May Goddess Durga’s blessings always bring happiness, peace, and prosperity to your life”.
Priyanka Gandhi Vadra, meanwhile, began her message with the mantra, “Om Jayanti Mangala Kali Bhadrakali Kapalini, Durga Kshama Shiva Dhatri Swaha Swadha Namo’shtute.”
Extending her wishes to the nation, Priyanka said, “Heartfelt congratulations and best wishes to all of you on the sacred festival of Sharadiya Navratri, dedicated to the worship and adoration of Adishakti Maa Durga. May Maa Shailputri bring happiness, prosperity, and peace into your lives.”
