Zee Music signs deal with Yash’s ‘Toxic: A Fairy Tale for Grown-ups’

Mumbai, Feb 22 (UNI) In a significant industry development, Zee Music Company has acquired the music rights for superstar Yash’s forthcoming film “Toxic: A Fairy Tale for Grown-Ups”.

Produced by KVN Productions and Monster Mind Creations, this partnership between the makers of the film and Zee Music is not limited to just one film, but marks the beginning of a long creative journey for future projects. This move further strengthens the film’s pan-India and global release strategy.

Acclaimed composers Ravi Basrur, Vishal Mishra and Tanishk Bagchi are bringing their distinctive artistic sensibilities to the album. Vishal Mishra is composing four songs, while Tanishk Bagchi is working on a special track with Arslan Nizami and Faheem Abdullah. Ravi Basrur will also contribute a song and the film’s background score. This album will not only be a collection of songs, but will also serve as a musical experience that furthers the film’s story.

The film is co-written by Yash and Geetu Mohandas and directed by Geetu Mohandas. The film has been shot in Kannada and English, with dubbed versions in several languages, including Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, and Malayalam.

“Toxic” is slated to hit theatres on March 19.
