- High-voltage drama for 1 hour, police, BMC team rescued him
Bhopal: A high voltage drama was witnessed on Monday near Bharat Talkies intersection. A youth climbed a mobile tower in a drunken state. The height of the tower was about 80 feet.
The incident was captured in video, which is now circulating widely on social media. When people noticed the youth on top of the tower, they were left in complete shock. He remained at the top for nearly an hour, creating a sense of panic and concern among the crowd that quickly gathered below.
In the video, the youth can be seen sitting at the top of the tower, and later he stands on it. Passersby are looking up in shock as they walk by.
Passersby and onlookers were left stunned as they watched the young man’s dangerous act from the ground.
The police and municipal corporation team reached the spot and rescued the youth. According to Ajay Soni, TI of Mangalwara police station, the youth was under the influence of Sulochan. He was identified as Raju, resident of Mangalwara. Police recovered Sulochan from him.
