New Delhi, Aug 5 (UNI) Xtelify, a subsidiary of Bharti Airtel, launches ‘Airtel Cloud’, an advanced telco-grade cloud platform. It is designed to handle about 140 crore transactions per minute for Airtel’s use in India.
The ‘Airtel Cloud’ platform is hosted on the next-gen sustainable data centres with the capabilities of Gen-AI provisioning. Moreover, this rollout provides IaaS, PaaS, and advanced connectivity. Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS) and Platform as a Service (PaaS) are the two premier cloud computing models.

Moreover, Xtelify also revealed an AI-powered, future-ready software platform that will assist the telcos across the world in handling complexities and providing the best user experience. Xtelify signed three global partnerships for this platform with companies Singtel, Globe Telecom, and Airtel Africa.

In this partnership, Xtelify has signed with Singtel to power its field teams in Singapore with the AI-enabled ‘Xtelify Work’ platform. In the Philippines, Globe Telecom will adopt ‘Xtelify Serve’ to drive customer experience through AI and automation.
Moreover, Xtelify will provide its software platforms that include Data Engine, Work, and IQ to Airtel Africa. For this purpose, there will be the deployment of ‘Xtelify Data Engine’ and ‘Xtelify Work’ to empower the 150k-strong field team across 14 countries.
