Bhopal: Tribal Affairs Minister Dr. Kunwar Vijay Shah said that Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav has taken the initiative to provide incentives to people traditionally engaged in trade, business and industrial activities along with big industrialists by organizing industrial summits at the regional level. Social Justice and Disabled Welfare Minister Narayan Singh Kushwaha said that such schemes are being implemented on priority in the state, which create more employment opportunities in the field of food processing and horticulture. In this regard, innovations made in other states will also be followed. Referring to the award received by the state in food processing recently in New Delhi, he said that work is going on on hi-tech nurseries in the state. Along with this, a testing lab will also be established in Bhopal division. Farmers often suffer losses due to high yield of tomatoes and other crops. Our effort is to develop a system for processing such crops at the local level, so that farmers can be saved from the loss of their hard work and cost. Additional Chief Secretary and Agriculture Production Commissioner S.N. Mishra also expressed his views in the conference.
