Jammu, Feb 25 (UNI) A 32-yr-old woman critically injured after she was stabbed by a man succumbed today during a treatment here in a hospital.
A woman namely Rafia Bano, wife of Arif Jamal, of Gangyal, Jammu was inflicted multiple grievous stab injuries, including critical wounds to the neck and other vital parts of the body in a park on February 23.
“Injured in stabbing at Rajiv Gandhi park on Feb 23, woman has expired during treatment here at Government Medical College and Hospital,” said police.
During the course of investigation, the accused identified as Amarjeet Singh alias Kaka, of Model Town, Gangyal, Jammu was arrested for attacking a woman with a knife.
