Bhopal: A young woman living in Shivaji Nagar in Habibganj police station area committed suicide by hanging herself in her house. The family took her down from the noose and rushed her to the hospital for treatment, where the doctors declared her dead after checking. The police registered a case and after conducting the post-mortem, handed over the body to the family.
According to the information, Nishita Swami (25) lived in Shivaji Nagar and was preparing for competitive exams. Her father SR Swami works in the Mantralaya. On Tuesday evening, Nishita and her mother were at home, while the father had gone to the market and the brother was at a nearby tableau. At around seven in the evening, after working in the kitchen, the mother reached Nishita’s room and found her hanging from the noose.
On hearing the noise, people from the vicinity reached and she was taken down from the noose and taken to a nearby private hospital for treatment, where the doctors declared Nishita dead after checking. In the initial investigation, no suicide note was found near the deceased. The reason for suicide will be revealed only after the statement of the family members.

Youth injured in accident succumbs

According to the police, Adarsh ??alias Adareshwar (26), originally a resident of Betul, lived in Bank Colony Ashoka Garden and worked in a private job. He was returning from a dhaba in Gandhi Nagar at around 3 am on Monday-Tuesday night. On the way, near the airport bridge, while trying to save a cattle that suddenly came in front of his bike, he fell on the road along with his bike and got injured. He was admitted to Hamidia Hospital for treatment, where he died. The police registered a case and started investigation.

A teenager living in Piplani died after drinking toilet cleaner. He was undergoing treatment for a long time. The police registered a case and after conducting the postmortem, handed over the body to the family. According to the police, Nikhil Sahu (16) lived in Gadiyapura Anand Nagar and studied in class 10. On June 19, he drank toilet cleaner in a fit of rage. The family admitted him to a private hospital for treatment. When his condition did not improve, he was admitted to AIIMS a few days ago, where he died on Tuesday. The police said that on the information of the hospital, three attempts were made to take Nikhil’s statement, but he was unable to give a statement due to unconsciousness. The family told the police that he was asked to study, after which he took this step in anger. The police is investigating the matter.
