New Delhi, Aug 19 (UNI) China’s Foreign Minister Wang Yi, currently in India on a three-day official visit, will travel to Pakistan tomorrow after concluding his India tour, for talks with his Pakistani counterpart and Deputy Prime Minister Mohammad Ishaq Dar.
Chinese Foreign Ministry today said ‘’Wang Yi will visit Pakistan from August 20-22 for the Sixth Round of China-Pakistan Foreign Ministers’ Strategic Dialogue with Mohammad Ishaq Dar, Pakistani Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister.’’
A Chinese Foreign Ministry spokesperson while describing China and Pakistan as ‘’iron-clad friends and all-weather friends,” said the two sides will conduct “in-depth communication” to expand “practical cooperation.”
This will be the Chinese Foreign Minister’s second visit to Pakistan in three years.
