New Delhi, Sept 1 (UNI) Bollywood filmmaker Vivek Ranjan Agnihotri, presently in the spotlight for his forthcoming venture “The Bengal Files”, undertook a visit to Delhi in the run-up to the film’s release.
During his Delhi tour, Agnihotri stopped at Chittaranjan Park, widely regarded as the cultural heartland of Bengalis in the city and sought blessings at the revered Kali Mandir.
Penned and directed by Agnihotri, “The Bengal Files” is bankrolled by Abhishek Agarwal, Pallavi Joshi and Agnihotri himself.
“The Bengal Files” stars Mithun Chakraborty, Pallavi Joshi, Anupam Kher and Darshan Kumar in pivotal roles.
Presented by Tej Narayan Agarwal and I Am Buddha Productions, the film constitutes the third instalment in Agnihotri’s ‘Files Trilogy’, following “The Tashkent Files” and “The Kahmir Files”.
The film is slated for a nationwide theatrical release on September 5.
