Mumbai, Dec 19 (UNI) Bollywood actor John Abraham and Sharvari Wagh starrer “Vedaa” is set to make its world television premiere on December 21 on Zee Cinema.
The movie, directed by Nikkhil Advani, will air on Saturday at 8 p.m.
The film showcases John Abraham as a principled soldier who stands unwaveringly by his ideals. Sharvari Wagh, on the other hand, plays a determined small-town girl who, despite facing immense challenges, refuses to succumb to despair. Her character not only inspires the youth but also symbolises the fight for equality.
Adding intensity and suspense to the story is Abhishek Banerjee in the role of a ruthless village chief.
According to the director, he and John has always aspired to tell stories that resonate with the audience on a deeper level. Through “Vedaa”, they wanted to present something emotionally profound and compelling. With its premiere on Zee Cinema, they hope the film would reach a wider audience.
