UP govt transfers right IPS officers, appoints new SPs in Shamli, Kanpur Dehat, and Shravasti

Lucknow, Aug 31 (UNI) The Uttar Pradesh government has issued a fresh transfer order, reshuffling eight Indian Police Service (IPS) officers across the state on Sunday.

As per the official notification, RS Gautam, who was serving as the Superintendent of Police (SP) in Shamli, has been transferred and appointed as SP at Police Training School (PTS) in Moradabad. Narendra Pratap Singh will now take over as the new SP of Shamli.

In Kanpur Dehat, SP Arvind Mishra has been relieved of his duties and posted as SP of the Economic Offences Wing (EOW) in Lucknow. His position will now be filled by Shraddha Narendra Pandey, who has been appointed as the new SP of Kanpur Dehat.

In Shravasti, SP Ghanshyam has been shifted to Vigilance Department as SP Vigilance. Rahul Bhati will now assume the role of SP in Shravasti district.

Further changes include the appointment of Lakhan Singh Yadav as Commandant of the 38th Battalion PAC in Aligarh, and Praveen Ranjan Singh as Deputy Commissioner of Police (DCP) in Noida Police Commissionerate.
