Bhopal: A two-day Artificial Intelligence (AI) workshop commenced on Tuesday at the Madhya Pradesh Congress Committee (MPCC) headquarters under the leadership of State Congress president Dr Mukesh Nayak. The event brought together Congress spokespersons from across the state, along with media department officials and technical experts, aiming to strengthen the party’s technological capabilities and enhance effective communication in the modern digital era.
On the opening day, participants were introduced to various aspects of AI technology. Experts demonstrated how AI can be utilised to disseminate political messages, present factual information, counter misinformation, and build a strong presence on social media. Training sessions covered AI-driven content creation, digital poster and video production, drafting press releases, and real-time data analysis techniques.
Addressing the gathering, Dr Nayak emphasised, “It is essential for political workers to keep themselves updated with changing times. AI is not just the future but a present-day necessity. The Congress Party wants every spokesperson to be as capable in the digital world as they are on the public stage.”
Discussions also explored how AI could become a game-changer in election campaigning, policy formulation, and public outreach in the coming years. Special emphasis was placed on the responsible and ethical use of technology.
On the second day, participants will receive practical training, working hands-on with AI tools to create content and apply them in real scenarios. Senior Congress leaders, media officials, and technical experts attended the inaugural session, which was organised by the MPCC media department team.
