Nava Bharat Correspondent | Bhopal,
In view of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi’s visit to Bhopal on Saturday, May 31, significant changes have been made to the city’s traffic and parking arrangements. The Prime Minister will attend the Lokmata Devi Ahilyabai Holkar Women Empowerment Conference on her 300th birth anniversary, being held at the Jamboree Ground.

The event is expected to draw thousands of women from various districts of Madhya Pradesh, with around 5,000 buses scheduled to bring attendees from across the state. To manage the influx and ensure smooth flow of traffic, Bhopal Traffic Police has implemented special routes and designated parking zones.

Parking Arrangements by Region:
* Buses from Indore, Khandwa, Ujjain, Dewas, Shajapur, and Agar will approach via Khajuri Road, Bakania Depot, Mubarakpur, Lambakheda, Choupadkala, Patel Nagar Bypass, and Anand Nagar, and then proceed to the Jamboree Ground Parking Zone using the designated cut-point.
* Buses from within Bhopal city will use Prabhat Square, ITI Tiraha, and Piplani Petrol Pump Tiraha to reach the NCC Ground and BHEL Dussehra Ground, which have been assigned as parking areas.

Heavy Vehicle Diversions:
To reduce congestion within city limits, heavy vehicles heading toward Bhopal will be diverted at nearby border points—including Vidisha, Raisen, Narmadapuram, Ashta, Biaora, and Berasia.
