2,000 Drones to Paint Development Story
At 6:30 PM on Saturday, immediately after sunset, two thousand drones will take simultaneous flight, projecting a dynamic, illuminated image of a ‘Developed Madhya Pradesh’ (Viksit MP). The stunning drone light show has been prepared as the centerpiece of the inaugural ceremony. Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav will officially launch the three-day ‘Abhyudaya Madhya Pradesh’ (Rising Madhya Pradesh) festival at 6:30 PM. The event will be graced by Central Ministers, including Kinjarapu Rammohan Naidu (Civil Aviation) and Arjun Ram Meghwal (Law and Justice), alongside state dignitaries.

The evening’s celebrations will continue with a musical presentation on the life journey of Lord Krishna, featuring over 500 artists. This will be followed by a live musical performance by famous playback singer Jubin Nautiyal, ending with a spectacular fireworks display.
The three-day festival, running until Monday, will showcase Madhya Pradesh’s rich heritage and development through continuous activities, including music, dance, art exhibitions, and cultural journeys. Earlier in the day, CM Dr. Yadav will inaugurate various exhibitions at the Lal Parade Ground starting at 11:00 AM. Despite concerns among officials regarding the possibility of fog and cloud cover impacting the sophisticated drone show, preparations for accommodating over one lakh attendees are being finalized.
