Hyderabad, Aug 18 (UNI) Thunderstorms accompanied by lightning and gusty winds, with speeds ranging from 30 to 40 kmph, are likely to occur at isolated places in Telangana over the next five days, the Meteorological Centre reported on Sunday.
According to the daily weather report, light to moderate rain or thundershowers are expected at several locations across the state during the next seven days.
The southwest monsoon remains normal over Telangana.
Heavy rainfall was recorded in isolated places within Siddipet district over the past 24 hours, with rain reported at one or two locations across Telangana during the same period, the report added.
