Thunderstorm and rain predicted across all dists

Bhopal: The weather has changed, with a continuation of thunderstorms and rain this summer. The weather department has issued alerts for thunderstorms and rain across all districts, including Bhopal, Indore, Ujjain, Narmadapuram, and Rewa. Wind speeds of up to 50 km/h are expected in many areas. Scientists predict that this weather pattern will persist in Madhya Pradesh until May 14.

=Thunderstorm alert for various districts

The Meteorological Department has issued alerts for rain accompanied by thunderstorms in several districts, including Bhopal, Satna, Rewa, Raisen, Balaghat, Katni, Ratlam, Mandsaur, Neemuch, Datia, Shivpuri, Guna, Ashoknagar, Panna, Chhatarpur, Mauganj, Ujjain, Morena, Bhind, Indore, Sheopur, Gwalior, Jabalpur, Chhindwara, Pandhurna, Seoni, Mandla, Dewas, Shajapur, Rajgarh, Agar-Malwa, Niwari, Tikamgarh, Damoh, Sagar, Narmadapuram, Narsinghpur, Sidhi, Singrauli, Vidisha, and Sehore on Sunday (May 11).

=Future Weather Predictions

According to a senior meteorologist, three cyclonic circulations and two troughs are currently active, leading to the recent weather changes in Madhya Pradesh. Light rain and thundershowers are expected to continue until May 14, after which temperatures are likely to rise, resulting in increased heat during the day and night.

=Forecast for Monday

The weather department has issued storm alerts for most districts, including Chhindwara, Pandhurna, Seoni, Mandla, Dewas, Shajapur, Bhopal, Indore, Jabalpur, Ujjain, Gwalior, Ashoknagar, Panna, Damoh, Sagar, Narmadapuram, Narsinghpur, and Sidhi. However, weather conditions may remain clear in Satna, Rewa, Mauganj, Sidhi, Singrauli, and Maihar.

= Khajuraho and Damoh hottest

Khajuraho and Damoh recorded the highest temperatures on Saturday, both reaching 40 degrees Celsius. Other temperatures included Gwalior at 39.1 degrees, Bhopal at 37.2 degrees, Indore at 35.5 degrees, Ujjain at 36.5 degrees, and Jabalpur at 37.8 degrees. Several districts, including Rewa, Sagar, Satna, Umaria, Sidhi, Khandwa, and Mandla, reported temperatures above 39 degrees. The only hill station, Pachmarhi, recorded the lowest temperature at 30.2 degrees Celsius.
