Telemedicine services should be effectively used: Shukla

Bhopal: Deputy Chief Minister Rajendra Shukla said that telemedicine services should be effectively used at sub health centers and community health centers to provide expert consultation facilities to citizens living in rural and remote areas at their nearest health center. So that the facility of expert consultation can be made available in remote areas. Shukla reviewed various departmental subjects in the ministry and gave necessary instructions.

Complete the works under PM-Abhiman Yojana

Shukla conducted a comprehensive review of the ongoing works under the Pradhan Mantri Ayushman Bharat Health Infrastructure Mission. He said that the works should be completed within the stipulated time limit, so that the expansion of health services is possible soon.

Shukla said that timely registration and ANC check-up of every pregnant woman should be ensured. High risk pregnancy should be identified on time so that safe delivery and better monitoring of the newborn can be ensured. He directed that there should be no negligence at any level in maternal and child health services. Deputy CM Shukla reviewed Matri Shishu Sanjeevan Mission and Anmol 2.0.

Shukla reviewed the implementation of Ayushman Bharat Yojana. He said that it should be ensured that the beneficiaries get high quality medical services easily. He asked to complete the process of Ayushman empanelment on priority.
