Mumbai, (UNI) National Award-winning actor Nawazuddin Siddiqui is set to make a comeback with an intense and high-stakes whodunit “Costao”, the teaser for which was released on Monday to widespread intrigue.
Helmed by director Sejal Shah, “Costao” is a high-octane crime drama inspired by the extraordinary life of a relentless Customs officer who dares to dismantle Goa’s most formidable smuggling nexus.
Siddiqui steps into the shoes of Costao Fernandes, a steely, no-nonsense enforcer of the law whose battle against the underworld forms the crux of the narrative.
The teaser offers a tantalising glimpse into Siddiqui’s commanding performance, showcasing a hardened persona, layered with intensity and conviction.
Joining him in pivotal roles are Priya Bapat and Kishore Kumar Huli, adding further depth to this compelling ensemble.
