Bhopal: An unknown vehicle hit a bike rider on his way to a hotel for breakfast in Bhopal. The injured youth, a government supervisor, died while undergoing treatment at the hospital.
The incident occurred on Sunday morning in the Khajuri Road police station area. After the autopsy in the afternoon, the body was handed over to the family. The police have registered a case and initiated an investigation.
According to the police, Kamlesh Yadav, son of Moolchand Yadav (40), originally from Rewa, had been living in the Khajuri area and worked as a supervisor on a government project. At 8 a.m., he was riding his bike to the hotel for breakfast.
Police are examining CCTV footage. The driver of the vehicle that struck the victim has not yet been identified. Police are examining CCTV footage from the scene.
