Sonography is not being done in JP Hospital

= Patients are being referred to Hamidia Hospital due to lack of radiologist

Bhopal, There is no radiologist for sonography in the government JP Hospital of the capital, due to which the patients coming there are being referred to Hamidia.

Actually, due to lack of radiologist in the sonography department of the government Jai Prakash Hospital, the patients coming there are facing a lot of problems, due to lack of radiologist in Jai Prakash (JP) Hospital of Bhopal, patients are being sent to Hamidia Hospital. Due to this, the patients are facing a lot of problems. There has been a shortage of radiologist in JP Hospital for a long time. Due to this shortage, patients are not getting their tests done on time. Hamidia Hospital is very far from JP Hospital. Due to which patients have to spend a lot of time and money to reach there.

Apart from this, there is already a huge crowd of patients in Hamidia Hospital. Patients referred from Jaypee Hospital have to wait for a long time there too.

= Three posts of radiologist are vacant in the hospital. Currently there is one radiologist on contract, but he too is often on leave. Administration is constantly trying to overcome the shortage of radiologists.
