- 50 pc of energy supply will be from renewable resources by 2030: CM
Bhopal: CM Dr. Mohan Yadav has said that providing affordable and pollution-free electricity to the people of the state is our top priority. For this, all possible incentives should be provided in the state to all sources of new and renewable energy including solar and wind energy. PM Narendra Modi has set a target of supplying 50 percent of energy consumption from renewable energy resources by the year 2030. The state government is committed to achieving this goal. Private investors should also be given all possible support in this sector. To connect more and more people with Pradhan Mantri Surya Ghar and Pradhan Mantri Krishak Mitra Surya Yojana, a campaign should be run in collaboration with urban bodies, resident associations and farmers.
