Bhopal: Deputy CM Rajendra Shukla said that the health care sector is progressing continuously due to the priority of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi. Seminars like Medicine Update are helpful in drawing new conclusions, which also benefits the new generation. Deputy Chief Minister Shri Shukla attended the “26th Medicine Update 2025” program organized by Jabalpur Chapter of Association of Physicians of India at Hotel Vision Mahal.
Deputy CM Shukla said that the availability of doctors in rural areas is being increased. In the medical college in the state, 10 thousand MBBS seats and 5 thousand PG seats will be increased, which will ensure the availability of doctors in rural areas. An investment of 10 thousand crores has been made in health care in the state and better projects are being prepared for doctors.
Shukla said that the quality and standards of doctors are extremely important for humanity. They should remain updated with time and new information is obtained from such seminars. He said that doctors should work with a spirit of service and make an excellent contribution to the society.
Shukla said that India’s economy has moved from 11th place to fifth place and by 2047 India will reach the top by leaving behind America and China. India will have a leading role in the health sector. He said that the conclusions of the seminar will be conveyed to the government. Deputy Chief Minister Shri Shukla honored the doctors who made excellent contributions.
