Russian Air Defences shoot down 15 Ukrainian drones within 3 hours: Ministry

Moscow, Nov 2 (UNI/SPUTNIK) Russian air defence systems shot down 15 Ukrainian unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) over the Krasnodar Territory and Black Sea waters within three hours, the Russian Defense Ministry said today.

“On November 2 between 09:00 and 12:00 Moscow time 06:00 and 9:00 GMT], air defence systems on duty destroyed 15 Ukrainian aircraft-type unmanned aerial vehicles: 14 drones, over the Krasnodar Territory and one over the Black Sea waters,” the ministry said in a statement.

The ministry also said that Russian Black Sea Fleet forces in the northwestern part of the Black Sea had destroyed six unmanned boats. ‘Air defence systems have destroyed four guided aerial bombs, four rockets from the US-made HIMARS multiple launch rocket system, and 283 aircraft-type unmanned aerial vehicles.”
