Mumbai, Sept 24 (UNI) The Rupee on Tuesday slipped 12 paise to close at 83.67 against USD on rising demand for US Dollars by bankers and importers, dealers at the Foreign exchange said.
The local unit fell 3 paise at 83.58 in opening session, it was lost further by 12 paise to close at
83.67 as compared to its previous close.
The Rupee recorded intra days high and low at 83.55 and 83.70 respectively, dealer added.
