Kochi, March 13 (UNI) A Rs 250-crore warehousing and industrial park has been set up at Chunungamveli in Aluva, strengthening Kerala’s logistics and industrial infrastructure and expected to generate around 300 jobs both directly and indirectly.
Developed by NDR Warehousing through its subsidiary NDR Space Pvt Ltd, the project aims to provide modern logistics infrastructure for sectors such as FMCG, e-commerce, pharmaceuticals, and third-party logistics providers.
The facility forms part of the company’s broader expansion strategy across major logistics hubs in southern India.
Kerala Minister for Industries P. Rajeeve said the new logistics park will play a key role in enhancing warehousing capacity and enabling the efficient movement of goods, as demand for professionally managed logistics infrastructure continues to rise amid increasingly complex supply chains.
NDR Warehousing CEO Raj Srinivasan said the project marks a significant step in strengthening Kerala’s logistics ecosystem.
He added that the Aluva facility would help businesses access reliable, technology-enabled warehousing infrastructure while also contributing to local economic development and employment generation.
