Bhopal: In a major administrative shake-up, the Madhya Pradesh government has transferred nine IPS officers, with new Superintendents of Police appointed in the Narsinghpur and Mandsaur districts. The Home Department issued the transfer orders late Thursday night, affecting several key positions across the state, including in Bhopal and Indore.
Mridulakhi Deka, the outgoing SP of Narsinghpur, has been reassigned as Assistant Inspector General of Police at the Police Headquarters in Bhopal. Her position will be filled by Hrishikesh Meena, who previously served as DCP Zone-4 in Indore.
In Mandsaur, SP Abhishek Anand has been transferred to Indore as the Commandant of the 1st Battalion of Visbal. Vinod Kumar Meena, formerly DCP Zone-1 in Indore, has been appointed as the new SP of Mandsaur.

The reshuffle also includes several other significant appointments:
Bhopal: Jitendra Singh Panwar, the former DCP Zone-4, will now serve as DCP (Traffic). He will be replaced by Mayur Khandelwal, who was the ASP in Ujjain.
Indore: Anand Kaladgi, formerly ASP in Jabalpur, has been made DCP Zone-4. Krishna Lalchandani, the ASP of Gwalior, is the new DCP Zone-1.
Ujjain: Abhishek Ranjan, who was the ASP in Singrauli, has been transferred to Ujjain as the new Additional Superintendent of Police.
