Bhopal: On the occasion of the 11th International Yoga Day-2025, the National Institute of Technical Teachers’ Training and Research (NITTTR), Bhopal organized special sessions focused on yoga and meditation. These sessions were led by renowned yoga and meditation trainer S. K. Rajeev Nair, a certified counselor with DMHP (Chhattisgarh) and currently serving as the Dean at CSIT, Chhattisgarh.
Held on June 20 and 21, the three sessions witnessed enthusiastic participation from the institute’s officials, staff, students, trainees, and their family members. The highlight of the event was Nair’s inspirational talk titled Reprogramming Human Hardware and Software through Yoga and Meditation.
The lecture incorporated a variety of practical modules such as asanas, pranayama, clapping therapy, tapping therapy, laughing therapy, meditation, and Inner Child Activation through visualization.
The session on the morning of June 21 also featured a live telecast of the Prime Minister Modi’s nationally broadcasted address, which was attentively watched by the attendees. On this occasion, NITTTR Director Dr. C. C. Tripathi stated that the program not only enhanced awareness about physical and mental well-being but also powerfully highlighted the Indian traditional knowledge system. NITTTR Bhopal will continue to take such initiatives in the future to promote Indian values and sustainable health practices.
