Hyderabad, Mar 10 (UNI) Reliance Industries on Tuesday said it is taking proactive steps to maximise LPG production at its refining and petrochemical complexes in Jamnagar, the world’s largest integrated refining hub, to ensure uninterrupted fuel supplies to Indian households amid volatility in global energy markets.
In a statement, the company said its teams are working round the clock to optimise refinery operations and enhance LPG output in line with Government of India guidelines, ensuring stable and reliable supply to the domestic market.
Reliance also said that natural gas produced from the KG-D6 Basin would be diverted to support priority sectors as per national energy allocation priorities.
The company said it will continue to work closely with the government to support India’s energy security while ensuring compliance with national guidelines so that essential fuels reach the sectors and communities that need them most.
