Bhopal: This year, quarterly examinations from class 9 to class 12 are starting from 28 August in government schools of the state. In this regard, the Commissioner, Directorate of Public Instructions, has issued guidelines to all divisional joint directors and district education officers. The examinations of high-higher secondary school will start from 28 August. These examinations will be completed by 9 September. The question papers of the quarterly examination will be sent to the discussion portal. This will ensure the quality of the examination paper at the state level.
It has been said in the instructions that a meeting (PTM) of parents and teachers has been asked to be organized. This meeting will be held in all schools on 16 September. In the meeting, the parents of the children will be allowed to observe the answer sheets. For this system, the Joint Director and District Education Officer have been asked to form separate teams and inspect at least 10 schools each. The results of the quarterly examination have also been asked to be entered on the Vimarsh portal by September 20. The timetable of the examination has also been asked to be pasted on the notice board of the schools.
Apaar ID will be mandatory
Apaar ID system has been made mandatory for the High School and Higher Secondary Examination session year 2026-27 of the Board of Secondary Education. Permanent Academic ID (Apaar) Automated Permanent Academic Account has been made mandatory for students based on the UDISE portal in the forms of all the examinations of the Board. Apaar ID has been made optional in the application forms to be filled in classes 9th to 12 for this academic session year 2025-26. This system will be mandatory in the upcoming session year 2026-27.
