- Virtually joins the tribute meeting on the death anniversary of former MP Late Phoolchand Verma
Bhopal, Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav has said that public representatives who believe in work and are constantly engaged in serving the public are always remembered. Worrying about the development of the entire state along with the constituency is the identity of a dedicated public representative. Late Phoolchand Verma was one such public representative.
Chief Minister Dr. Yadav on Saturday evening paid tribute to former MP Late Phoolchand Verma by virtually joining the tribute meeting organized in Indore on his second death anniversary from the CM’s residence.
Chief Minister Dr. Yadav said that today when industrial investment is increasing in Madhya Pradesh, the agricultural growth rate has improved. Many closed industries are coming to the point of starting again, then Late Phoolchand Verma associated with the welfare of the workers is remembered. He started his public life as a founder member of Bharatiya Jansangh and worked for the welfare of citizens for more than four decades as a worker, MLA, MP and even when he was not in these positions. He was Deputy Minister in Samvid Government and was a five time MP. He was elected from Sonkatch Assembly Constituency and Shajapur, Dewas Parliamentary Constituency as well as Ujjain Parliamentary Constituency. Chief Minister Dr. Yadav remembered late Verma and also talked to his family members. MLA Sushri Usha Thakur was also present on the occasion.
