Bhopal: As part of Hindi Month 2025, BHEL Bhopal organised a “Poster Competition” aimed at encouraging employees’ creativity and intellectual expression. Participants conveyed their ideas and imagination on paper through colours and illustrations based on the given themes. The entries were evaluated in the presence of Hemram Patel, General Manager (SCR); D.S. Thakur, Additional General Manager (TRM); Arif Ahmad Siddiqui, Additional General Manager (HR); and Poonam Sahu, Manager (Rajbhasha).

Addressing the occasion, Patel remarked that painting is not only a means of relieving stress but also an effective medium to enhance one’s personality. He added that paintings provide a sense of satisfaction and happiness, enabling individuals to express emotions that words often cannot.

Mr Thakur highlighted that the competition reflected the ability of participants to translate their inner thoughts into visual form, creating powerful images that conveyed messages without the need for words.

In his concluding remarks, Siddiqui underlined that the core objective of the competition was to encourage knowledge-sharing while promoting the creative and analytical abilities of employees.

The event was well received, with participants displaying impressive innovation and enthusiasm, making it a memorable highlight of the Hindi Month celebrations.
