New Delhi, Dec 1 (UNI) Punjab National Bank (PNB) on Monday announced Indian Women’s Cricket Captain and World Cup champion Harmanpreet Kaur as its brand ambassador.
The announcement was made at a ceremony held at PNB’s Corporate Office under the theme ‘Banking On Champions’, in the presence of M. Nagaraju, Secretary (Financial Services), Harmanpreet Kaur, and PNB’s top leadership, including MD & CEO Ashok Chandra, Executive Directors M. Paramasivam, Bibhu Prasad Mahapatra, D. Surendran, and Amit Kumar Srivastava, along with senior officials and employees.
During the event, Harmanpreet was presented with a PNB jersey carrying her name and number and a custom-engraved PNB cricket bat.
Marking her first engagement as brand ambassador, Harmanpreet Kaur joined Nagaraju and MD & CEO Ashok Chandra in unveiling four major financial offerings – the PNB RuPay Metal Credit Card “Luxura”, the upgraded PNB One 2.0 app, the Digi Surya Ghar digital solar loan platform, and PNB’s onboarding on the International Bullion Exchange (IIBX). The bank said the launches reflect its push towards digital innovation and customer-centric services.
