New Delhi, Nov 1 (UNI) Prime Minister Narendra Modi today extended warm greetings to the people of several Indian states on their foundation days and special occasions, praising their rich cultural heritage, remarkable achievements, and growing contributions to India’s development. Through his messages, he highlighted the spirit of unity in diversity and expressed confidence in the states’ continued role in shaping a prosperous and vibrant nation.
On Haryana Day, PM Modi described the state as a “historic land that sets an example for the entire country.” Praising the farmers’ tireless efforts, the bravery of soldiers, and the dynamic spirit of the youth, he said, “On this special occasion, I wish happiness and a bright future for everyone in Haryana, a state rapidly advancing on the path of development.”
Marking Chhattisgarh’s 25th foundation anniversary, the Prime Minister highlighted the state’s deep connection to nature and culture. He pointed out the remarkable turnaround in areas once troubled by Naxalism, now flourishing and competing in development.
“The dedication and enterprise of the hardworking people of Chhattisgarh will play a crucial role in realizing the vision of a developed India,” he asserted.
For Madhya Pradesh, PM Modi extended “heartfelt greetings” to the state’s residents, calling them “family members.” He celebrated Madhya Pradesh’s rich history and culture, noting it is “nestled in the heart of the country.”
“With rapid progress in various sectors, I am confident the talented people here will be instrumental in fulfilling our nation’s resolve for development.”
On Kerala Piravi, the Prime Minister praised Kerala’s global leadership in creativity, innovation, and diverse fields. He reflected on the state’s scenic beauty and centuries-old heritage as a testament to India’s vibrant cultural grandeur.
“May the people of Kerala always be blessed with good health and success,” he wished warmly.
Lastly, on Kannada Rajyotsava, PM Modi honored Karnataka’s spirit of excellence and hard work. He lauded the state’s rich culture, visible in its literature, art, and music, and described Karnataka as embodying “the spirit of progress rooted in wisdom.” He concluded with a prayer for the well-being and happiness of Karnataka’s people.
