PM Modi, European Commission chief Ursula von der Leyen hold talks

New Delhi, Feb 28 (UNI) Prime Minister Narendra Modi and European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen held talks here today to strengthen the bilateral strategic partnership.

Earlier, PM Modi warmly welcomed the visiting European Commission President to Hyderabad House for the talks.

The MEA spokesperson said in a post on X:

“Further strengthening India-EU Strategic Partnership.

“PM @narendramodi warmly welcomed President of the @EU_Commission

@vonderleyen & the EU College of Commissioners at Hyderabad House today, ahead of their extensive discussions.”

Today, the Commissioners of the European Commission travelled to Hyderabad House in a bus powered by hydrogen fuel cell technology, which has been developed and operated in collaboration with Tata Motors and Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL).
