Bhopal: Madhya Pradesh Congress Committee president Jeetu Patwari on Thursday attended block-level Panchayat Committee workers’ conferences in the Mhow Assembly constituency of Indore Rural district. The meetings were organised in Manpur block, Mhow city block and Choral, where he interacted with party workers and local leaders.
During the gatherings, detailed discussions were held on strengthening the party organisation, preparing strategies for upcoming programmes and raising key public issues. Patwari said that the real strength of the Congress lies in its workers and that the organisation could be strengthened at the booth level only through their active participation. He urged workers to reach out to people, raise their concerns and spread the party’s ideology across villages and towns.
Highlighting farmers’ problems, Patwari alleged that although the government extended the registration deadline, many farmers were unable to complete the process due to repeated server failures.
He also criticised the Centre, accusing Prime Minister Narendra Modi of compromising national interests under international pressure, leading to an LPG supply crisis and rising cylinder prices across the country.
