Patriotic tunes of ‘120 Bahadur’ to fill the corridors of Opera House

Mumbai, Nov 3 (UNI) Bollywood actor and filmmaker Farhan Akhtar’s war drama “120 Bahadur” is set to have a grand music launch at the iconic Royal Opera House, promising an evening filled with stirring patriotism and musical splendour.

“120 Bahadur” goes beyond a war film, it is a soulful homage to the 120 soldiers of the 13 Kumaon Regiment who fought valiantly in the Battle of Rezang La during the 1962 Indo-China War.

In the film, Farhan Akhtar will play Major Shaitan Singh, a hero who fought alongside his comrades until their last breath, immortalising them in history.

The music launch promises to be a spectacular affair, attended by the film’s team, singers, composers, and several prominent personalities from the entertainment industry. Filled with patriotic songs and spirit, this album will connect audiences with the spirit of the Rezang La battlefield.

When tunes like “Dada Kishan Ki Jai” resonate through the grandeur of the Opera House, it will be a moment of valor and music.

The film is based on the remarkable real-life story of 120 Indian soldiers who fought till their last breath in the Battle of Rezang La during the 1962 Sino-Indian War. It is considered one of the most courageous battles in Indian military history.

The film’s powerful refrain, “Hum Peeche Nahi Hatenge”, resonates throughout the film and beautifully captures the spirit of patriotism.

Helmed by filmmaker Razneesh “Razy” Ghai and produced by Ritesh Sidhwani, Farhan Akhtar (Excel Entertainment), and Amit Chandra (Trigger Happy Studios), the film is an Excel Entertainment production set to release in cinemas on November 21, 2025.
