Passengers’ complaints will be resolved in war room

West Central Railway has set up a war room in the railway control offices in Bhopal division. In this war room, special emphasis is laid on quick resolution of passenger problems and providing them better services and rail help analysis under passenger facilities.

On the instructions of General Manager Shobhana Bandopadhyay of WCR, from time to time in various meetings, emphasis is laid on quick resolution of passenger complaints within the time limit at all stations of West Central Railway and all passenger trains passing through. Bhopal division PRO Naval Agarwal said that for quick redressal of passenger complaints in the railways, the department employees are engaged 24×7 on the computer terminal in the war room to resolve the problems of the passengers. In this, along with RPF, Commercial, Mechanical Electrical Department, employees are also deployed to keep an eye on the complaints coming on social media. Real time monitoring is also done from this war room.

By operating the war room, the problems of medical assistance, water in coaches, cleanliness, electricity and other complaints related to railway passengers and security etc. are being resolved very quickly.
