‘Passenger’ kicks off India tour with magical Gurugram performance

New Delhi, Nov 21 (UNI) Musician Michael David Rosenberg, popularly known as Passenger, kicked off his India tour on Wednesday evening with a soulful debut performance in Gurugram.

The Delhi-NCR crowd was left captivated as he delivered heartfelt renditions of his most beloved tracks, including the global hit “Let Her Go.”

From the tender warmth of “Fairytales and Firesides” to the wandering spirit of “All the Little Lights,” each song unfolded like a gentle narrative. His voice—rich, wistful, and dreamy—pulled the audience deeper into every lyric.

He closed the night with “Holes,” a slow-burning, emotional finisher that felt less like a finale and more like a collective sigh of connection.

A few hours after his performance at CyberHub, Passenger took to Instagram to share his gratitude.

“DELHI – we’ve had the best time with you guys!! The show last night was phenomenal… I woke up this morning feeling unbelievably grateful that I can come to a city on the other side of the world for the first time and have 3000 people turn up and sing every word with me. Truly, truly grateful. Big thanks to youtubeindia for hosting us and for the amazing support!! We’re now on our way to Mumbai… Looking forward to seeing you guys tomorrow night,” he wrote.

Reflecting on the memorable start, Naman Pugalia, Chief Business Officer – Live Events at BookMyShow, said, “Audiences in India are embracing global artists with unprecedented enthusiasm. Passenger’s first-ever performance in India was proof of this shift, and the response was overwhelming.”

“Thousands came together, singing every word, creating an atmosphere that was both emotional and electric. For BookMyShow Live, moments like this reinforce our commitment to bringing diverse global talent to India,” he added.

Passenger will perform next in Mumbai on November 21 and Bengaluru on November 22. His India tour is produced and promoted by BookMyShow Live.
