Parliamentary panel seeks public input on Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code Amendment Bill 2025

New Delhi, Oct 21 (UNI) The select Committee on the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (Amendment) Bill, 2025, chaired by Member of Parliament Baijayant Panda, has officially opened consultations to gather feedback from experts, industry bodies, organisations, and other stakeholders, the Lok Sabha Secretariat announced today.

The move aims to ensure the proposed changes to the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC) address current economic and legal challenges comprehensively and effectively.

Stakeholders have been invited to submit their views and suggestions in the form of memoranda, either in English or Hindi.

Submissions should be sent to the Director of the select Committee on Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code at the Lok Sabha Secretariat. Alternatively, inputs can be emailed to scibc-cell@lss.sansad.in.

The deadline for submitting feedback is two weeks from the date of the announcement.
