‘Operation Muskaan’ success: Minor girl rescued from Gurugram

Bhopal: The Bhopal Police achieved a significant breakthrough under the ongoing “Operation Muskaan” campaign, successfully tracing and rescuing a missing minor girl from Gurugram, Haryana.

The police had been intensively searching for the 15-year-old girl since her mother, Suraj Rani, reported her disappearance on July 2, 2025, leading to a case being registered at the Gandhinagar Police Station.

Following directives from Deputy Commissioner of Police (DCP) Zone-04, Mayur Khandelwal, a dedicated team led by Station In-Charge Vijendra Marskole utilized technical evidence from the Cyber Cell to track the girl.

The effort paid off on November 11, 2025, when the missing girl was found in the custody of Rahul Yadav (23), a resident of Mungeli, Chhattisgarh, in Gurugram. The successful rescue is a testament to the focused approach of the Bhopal Police’s campaign, which runs from November 1 to 30, aimed at locating missing children.
