Numbers of Khandwa-Beed Passenger Special trains will become regular

Senior Divisional Commercial Manager Saurabh Kataria said that as per the instructions of the Railway Board, all passenger trains which are running with PSPC numbers (i.e. numbers starting with ‘0’) will be run again with regular train numbers (as was running in the pre-Covid period).

The Khandwa-Beed Passenger Special trains passing through Bhopal division have been renumbered. Instead of the current ‘0’ number system, they will be run with regular train numbers. This change will be effective from 01.01.2025. The purpose of this change is to simplify the convenience of passengers and identification of trains. All passengers are requested to get information about the new train number before their journey. New and old train numbers are as follows

Train number 05685 Khandwa-Beed Passenger Special will now operate with regular train number 51685.
Train number 05686 Beed-Khandwa Passenger Special will now operate with regular train number 51686.
Train number 05689 Khandwa-Beed Passenger Special will now operate with regular train number 51683.
Train number 05690 Beed-Khandwa Passenger Special will now operate with regular train number 51684.
Train number 05691 Khandwa-Beed Passenger Special will now operate from regular train number 51687.
Train number 05692 Beed-Khandwa Passenger Special will now operate from regular train number 51688.
