The Urban Development Department has issued guidelines to make the e-Nagar Palika portal user friendly and simple in the state. Urban Development Commissioner Bharat Yadav said that now the process of making new property ID has been made easy. He said that Chief Minister Dr. Mohan Yadav and Urban Development and Housing Minister Kailash Vijayvargiya had given instructions in this regard.
The applicant will submit the Samagra ID for property registration. It will be mandatory to load documents related to the ownership of the property at the time of portal application for new property. Where there is already an electricity connection on the property, it will be mandatory for the applicant to enter the electricity connection, consumer number. If there is no electricity connection on the property at present, then the application can be registered by selecting the option of No. In future, in case of getting electricity connection on the property, the information of consumer number can be updated against the property ID registered on the e-Nagarpalika portal through integration with distribution company data.
