Thiruvananthapuram, Jan 16 (UNI) In view of the prevailing security concerns and the possibility of tensions escalating in the region, NORKA Roots has activated a special helpdesk for Keralites residing in Iran, as per the directions of the Chief Minister’s Office.
Keralites requiring assistance can contact the NORKA Global Contact Centre helpdesk through the toll-free number or the international missed-call facility.
Meanwhile, the Ministry of External Affairs has advised Indian citizens not to travel to Iran until further notice. In emergency situations, Indian nationals may contact the Indian Embassy in Tehran through the helpline numbers or reach out via email.
Indian citizens in Iran have also been instructed to strictly adhere to the advisories issued by the Indian Embassy in Tehran. Those staying in the country on resident visas have been urged to register with the Embassy.
